About us
Peloton Corporate is a leading Australian valuation and advisory practice, trusted for more than 20 years by ASX-listed, private and government clients to bring clarity to their most complex valuation questions. We determine the value of assets that have no market – business valuations, tax valuations, transaction support, and dispute and litigation valuations.
1,000+ valuations completed. 100+ expert testimonies. $100B+ in equity valued.
We’re entering our next phase of growth, and we’re looking for new team members to build their careers with us.
Why Peloton is different
Our teams are rewarded as owners. You share in the upside of what you originate, and in the value of the business you help build. Reward scales with what you deliver: uncapped, transparent, and known in advance, on top of your base salary. Advancement follows contribution, not tenure, and equity participation in the platform is available at every level.
The role
You’ll join one of our valuation pods – small, senior-led teams advising high-profile ASX-listed, private equity and government clients on their most complex valuation matters.
As the analyst capability from day one you’ll be involved in:
- Building comparable company sets and financial models (DCF, capitalised earnings, precedent transactions) for business, share and intangible asset valuations
- Supporting Purchase Price Allocations, impairment testing, tax valuations (Division 7A, CGT, ESOP) and transaction and dispute engagements
- Company, industry, capital markets and market research, including using market data platforms such as LSEG
- Drafting valuation reports, with direct involvement in client discussion
- Working directly alongside Directors and Associates on live client work
- Contributing to Peloton’s proprietary valuation database and sharing thought leadership with clients and professional networks
About you
- Degree-qualified in finance, accounting, commerce or economics (preferred), with CA, CFA or equivalent professional accreditation (preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in valuations, transaction services, or a related professional services or commercial role
- Confidence interpreting financial statements and building financial models
- Sharp analytical instincts and the judgement to defend an assumption or a methodology call under review
- Strong written and verbal communication to support production of client-ready analysis
- Genuine curiosity about capital markets, business value drivers and how value compounds
