Peloton has developed an Information Memorandum table of contents checklist that you can download and use as a guide for development of your information memorandum or sale document.
The checklist should not be regarded as fixed – your business will undoubtedly have unique features which need some focus. Perhaps its an issue of intellectual property or management capabilities that needs more narrating than the typical business.
