This is a genuine hybrid seat \u2013 part technical leadership, part business development.<\/p>\n<p>Peloton provides a platform for self-directed high-performers: proprietary data, an established brand, and delivery capacity so our Directors can win mandates and grow their own practice.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll be involved in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Originating and growing your own book of referrer relationships \u2013 law firms, accounting firms, private equity and corporates<\/li>\n<li>Managing client relationships end-to-end, from first approach through to final report delivery<\/li>\n<li>Scoping and budgeting engagements \u2013 including proposal, resourcing and pricing<\/li>\n<li>Final QA on valuation reports and financial models produced by your pod<\/li>\n<li>Directing and developing your pod&#8217;s Associate and Analyst resources across live engagements<\/li>\n<li>Owning your pod&#8217;s commercial performance \u2013 balancing production quality, throughput and profitability<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to contribute to strategic business direction \u2013 new business lines, geographies, technology and data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>About you<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree-qualified in finance, accounting, commerce or economics (preferred), with CA, CFA or equivalent professional accreditation (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Significant experience (8+ years) in valuations, corporate finance or transaction services, with a track record operating at a senior, client-facing level<\/li>\n<li>An established or emerging network of referrer relationships (law firms, accounting firms, private equity, corporates) \u2013 or a demonstrated ability to build one<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable spending as much time developing business and relationships as directing technical work<\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial instincts \u2013 able to scope and price an engagement<\/li>\n<li>A genuine business-builder mindset \u2013 motivated by growing something that&#8217;s yours, not just running a team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Sound like you?<\/h4>\n<p>We&#8217;d love to hear from you \u2013 reach out directly to <strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@peloton.group\">careers@peloton.group<\/a><\/strong> to receive further information and arrange a confidential discussion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Corporate Valuations | Capital Markets Analysis | Advisory Brisbane | Sydney | Melbourne | Adelaide | Hobart &nbsp; About us Peloton Corporate is a leading Australian valuation and advisory practice, trusted for more than 20 years by ASX-listed, private and government clients to bring clarity to their most complex valuation questions.
