There is the third level of value. The value structures\u2019 premium.\u00a0The company ability\u00a0in refining business models\u00a0and replicating them has a lot of value and it is there that Private Equity\u00a0will create the most value.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Every company has\u00a0five strategies to\u00a0create value:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Reduce company risk<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Optimise invested capital<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Optimise portfolio<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Improve operations\u00a0and<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Grow.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Would you like to know more?
