About us

Peloton Corporate is a leading Australian valuation and advisory practice, trusted for more than 20 years by ASX-listed, private and government clients to bring clarity to their most complex valuation questions. We determine the value of assets that have no market – business valuations, tax valuations, transaction support, and dispute and litigation valuations.

1,000+ valuations completed. 100+ expert testimonies. $100B+ in equity valued.

We’re entering our next phase of growth, and we’re looking for new team members to build their careers with us.

Why Peloton is different

Our teams are rewarded as owners. You share in the upside of what you originate, and in the value of the business you help build. Reward scales with what you deliver: uncapped, transparent, and known in advance, on top of your base salary. Advancement follows contribution, not tenure, and equity participation in the platform is available at every level.

The role

Directors run their valuation pod. This is a genuine hybrid seat – part technical leadership, part business development.

Peloton provides a platform for self-directed high-performers: proprietary data, an established brand, and delivery capacity so our Directors can win mandates and grow their own practice.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Originating and growing your own book of referrer relationships – law firms, accounting firms, private equity and corporates
  • Managing client relationships end-to-end, from first approach through to final report delivery
  • Scoping and budgeting engagements – including proposal, resourcing and pricing
  • Final QA on valuation reports and financial models produced by your pod
  • Directing and developing your pod’s Associate and Analyst resources across live engagements
  • Owning your pod’s commercial performance – balancing production quality, throughput and profitability
  • Opportunity to contribute to strategic business direction – new business lines, geographies, technology and data

About you

  • Degree-qualified in finance, accounting, commerce or economics (preferred), with CA, CFA or equivalent professional accreditation (preferred)
  • Significant experience (8+ years) in valuations, corporate finance or transaction services, with a track record operating at a senior, client-facing level
  • An established or emerging network of referrer relationships (law firms, accounting firms, private equity, corporates) – or a demonstrated ability to build one
  • Comfortable spending as much time developing business and relationships as directing technical work
  • Strong commercial instincts – able to scope and price an engagement
  • A genuine business-builder mindset – motivated by growing something that’s yours, not just running a team
